About Us

Tsuda USA Corporation (TUC) was established in September 2012 in Greenfield, Indiana to manufacture automotive components in the United States. The company name (Tsuda USA Corporation) was selected for two reasons: 1) to show the relationship to our parent company, Tsuda Industries Co. and 2) to acknowledge the US-based facility.

TUC is a 100% owned subsidiary of Tsuda Industries Co., LTD. Tsuda Industries Co. is affiliated with Toyota Motor Corporation. Established in 1938, the headquarters of Tsuda Industries is located in Kariya City, Aichi Prefecture, Japan. Products manufactured by Tsuda Industries include, Gear Shift Lever Components, Chassis Components, Accelerator Modules, Brake Components and Air Conditioner Components. Tsuda Industries was the first in the world to develop and manufacture the plastic shift-lever supplying to Toyota Motor Corporation and other automobile manufacturers in Japan. These products also are supplied to engine makers in the United States.

To guarantee the quality of these products, the members of our research, engineering and improvement teams continually are developing new technology for automotive parts.

The technical knowledge and expertise developed by Tsuda is used to create advanced quality control systems and production processes at TUC. Tsuda Industries’ relationship to TUC provides our company with a strong, solid base. Along with your help, this foundation will allow TUC to develop a successful and bright future.

High quality technology unique to development / proposal-type corporation.

As a development / proposal-type corporation, we perform 3 types of technical development. “Research development,” “Product development” and “Method development” taking advantage of technical know-how and experience accumulated since our foundation.

For “Research development,” products are embodied from an entirely new angle as development ahead of need. For “Product development,” we aim to provide higher additional value for products as well as improve functions.

And for “Method development,” our manufacturing line is built with the aim of improving manufacturing efficiency. With these excellent systems, the potential needs of customers can be grasped and products that satisfy customers can be provided promptly.

We have an in-house technical center and machine/tool plant to carry out technical development and unique equipment development. As the system for mold manufacturing is prepared, this enables flexible manufacturing and allows us to meet requests from customers quickly.
