Since our foundation, TSUDA USA Corporation has concentrated its efforts on the development of “cold forging technology” to realize both high accuracy and low costs required for automobile parts and has played a pioneering role.
By eliminating the cutting process, we have dramatically improved functionality including strength as well as accuracy of a product and manufactured a wide variety of cold forging parts such as tooth forms, deep holes and large parts with fully enhanced production equipment including formers. We also actively promote method development including cost and manufacturing efficiency by original mold design and jig manufacturing to improve technology supporting cold forging.
